I wrote this program because I have a hand scanner and I wanted to scan stuff and print it at twice the size I scanned.  Normally, when you blow something up to 2x, it looks jagged, so I wrote this program.  If  you need to make a picture 4 times the original, double a picture, the load the doubled version and double it again.
